When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 7-12 business days.

Customize or Special order processing take 2-4 days more.

Usually every package less than 10 shirts or 2+kg,over that will be send one more package.

What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?
